The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Park District Community Center is located in scenic Sugarcreek Township along the Little Miami River at 2751 Washington Mill Road. The Grand Opening was celebrated on October 13, 1991. Formerly known as the Sugarcreek Ski Hills Lodge, the center is now home of the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Park District.  The facility consists a program room and banquet room. • Contracts are for Bellbrook/Sugarcreek residents
• Alcohol is not allowed   
• 2,964 sq ft which accommodates 175 people
• Any day during the week - rental fee (up to 5 hours) is $200.00 with a $200.00 refundable security deposit
• five 6 foot tables/five 8 foot tables and 100 chairs are available to renters
• Renters are responsible for setup
• NO kitchen accommodations
