The Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Park District Community Center celebrated its Grand Opening on October 13, 1991. The center is located in scenic Sugarcreek Township along the Little Miami River at 2751 Washington Mill Road. The center consists of 8,800 square feet and was the former Sugarcreek Ski Hills lodge. The center is home of the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Park District along with a program room and banquet room. The banquet room is ideal for social functions and has a capacity of 175 people depending on seating arrangement. The community center banquet room is available for rental by any Bellbrook/Sugarcreek resident and information or reservations can be obtained by calling the park district office at (937) 848-3535.
