Washington Mill Park is a 35 acre facility that is flat open area. There are numerous soccer fields in Washington Mill Park as well as a picnic shelter, picnic tables and a BBQ grill. The park is located on Washington Mill Road east of State Route 725. The park is located in a floodplain and is bordered by the Little Miami River.  

Shelter Reservations 

The picnic shelter can be reserved in advance by calling the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Park District at (937) 848-3535.  All shelter reservations are free for residents and $25.00 for non-residents.  Scheduling a shelter reservation in advance is recommended.  Please call the park district’s office at to insure availability.
