HATHA YOGA

Tuesdays, 9/9/08- 10/14/08 

TIME: 7:00pm - 8:30pm

COST: $60.00 per session

This Hatha class will be an eclectic style of Yoga and meditation based on sound principles of traditional Yoga practice.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket.  Register by 9/7/08.

GENTLE YOGA 

Thursdays, 9/4/08-10/9/08

TIME: 11:30am - 1:00pm

COST: $60.00 per session

LOCATION: Community Center

This class teaches relaxation techniques, proper breathing, gentle stretches and meditation, allowing participants to increase strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, peace of mind and overall wellness.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket. YOGALATES - Tuesdays, 9/23/08-10/28/08 (register by 9/9/08) 

TIME: 9:00am - 10:00am

COST: $60.00

LOCATION: Community Center

This specialized class combines the principles of Hatha Yoga and Pilates mat work.  Increase flexibility, release stress and enhance mental focus, strengthen the lower back, lengthen muscles and achieve all-over toning.  Bring a mat.  Registration is required.     

YOGALATES - Thursdays, 9/18/08-10/23/08 (register by 9/4/08) 

TIME: 9:00am - 10:00am

COST: $60.00

LOCATION: Community Center

ZUMBA

Mondays, 8/25/08-10/6/08 (no class 9/1)

AGES: 11 - adults 

TIME: 6-7p

COST: $55.00 for each session

LOCATION:  Community Center

Have fun while you burn 500-700 calories per hour!  Zumba combines high energy and motivating Latin and International music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries.  Instructor: Christi Siler.  Register by 8/25.
