History of the Park District Headquarters

The Bellbrook Sugarcreek Park District Headquarters, previously known as the Community Center or the Sugarcreek Ski Lodge, is located at 2751 Washington Mill Road, in Sugarcreek Township, along the scenic Little Miami River.

In 1990 the Sugarcreek Ski Lodge and 4 acres were donated to the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Park District.  In 1991 the Park District renovated the Ski Lodge and developed the Community Center, now known as the Park District Headquarters. The Park District not only had its first offices but were now able to offer programming to the community. 

The aesthetic of the Park District Headquarters has changed greatly since the initial renovations in 1991 but the heart of the Community Center still stands – a place to bring the community together. Through partnerships and park district programming, we are happy to host a variety of options for all residents, including fitness, senior based programming, and nature education for all ages.
