Have fun while you burn 500-700 calories per hour! Zumba combines high energy and motivating Latin and International music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Instructor: Kristin Kehl. Wear athletic shoes.

Okinawa Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional martial art that teaches self defense, discipline, respect and confidence while providing health and camaraderie for young and old alike. Karate is something that parents can do with their children and it can be done for a lifetime. By being a part of this class you will learn from Tony Partlow, 6th-Degree Black Belt, the highest ranking Shogen-Ryu instructor in the United States. This class is for beginning or continuing yoga students who want to learn and practice relaxation, breathing, exercise, and meditation techniques in order to reduce stress, increase energy, and enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket. Register by 2/20/12 for Tuesday sessions. Register by 2/22/12 for Thursday sessions. Instructor: Steve Chappell

This class is for beginners as well as more experienced students who want a gentle, more slower and relaxing practice. We will combine relaxation techniques, proper breathing, gentle stretches and meditation. People with injuries, health problems, or other issues that limit mobility or cause pain can also participate. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket. Intermediate Yoga is a continuation of the Hatha Yoga class for students who have prior experience with yoga and are prepared for a more advanced and challenging practice. We will explore and practice more advanced techniques and exercises such as inversion poses, arm balances, transitional movements (vinyasa flow), and go deeper with alignment, breath control, and meditation.

Bring your dancing shoes for our line dancing classes. Michelle Clements will teach you dances such as the Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide, Watermelon Crawl, Good Time and many more of the TOP line dances being danced.
