Chilly Weather, Chili Cook-Off

| Family  Events

Everyone is welcome to attend this event, but if you consider yourself a chili connoisseur, we dare you to put your recipe to the test by entering in our 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off. Attendees can taste and vote for their favorite chili, or just spend time with family and friends. After chowing down, take a quick hike on the wooded trail in the Gooding Addition (adjacent to the park headquarters). There will be a $1 per tasting associated with each chef’s entry and all of the money will go to the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Family Resource Center; otherwise it is free to be a part of the festivities. Volunteers will get free tastes.  To become a chili competitor or volunteer contact the park district for details. Chili champion will be awarded the “Cheesy Chili Trophy” and bragging rights until next winter!  Chili Competitors need to pre-register by 1/23 (the Wednesday before the cook-off).
