Each time we meet we will explore a new adventure in rotating activities involving topics on nature, skilled crafts or fun games! This after school club will get your kids excited to be active after school. Dress for mess or call ahead to find out what the activities will involve. Please register by the Friday before each date. Register by the Friday before each Jan-March date.
Ages: 7 and up
Time: 4:30-5:30pm
Cost: $3.00 per week or $14.00 for all eight weeks of the Dec-March clubs.

Friday, 1/13/12
Whooo! Whoo! Who wants to make a feathered friend and explore the winter skies with an owl’s eye view?! We will listen to different owls’ calls and learn everything we need to know about our feathered friend of the night. A hoot-in good time will be had by all! An adult companion must attend. Monday, 1/16/12
Spice up your winter with a little color! Tie dye some bandanas and if you like, even bring your own piece of clothing to match! We will help you dye the material in all the colors of the rainbow. Please register by 1/13/12.

Saturday, 2/4/12 
Your brownie troop is invited to attend this special program. Activities will be planned in order to complete the Eco-Explorer Badge. The event will be held rain or shine – so dress for the weather. An adult is required to stay with their troop or individual scout that registers. Space is limited. Register by 2/1/12.

President’s Day is the third Monday every February to celebrate George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. We will be celebrating in red, white and blue style. Together we will learn about the presidents, make a craft and play games in their honor! An adult companion must attend. Register by 2/9/12.

Friday, 2/17/12
Well trained babysitters can play an important role in preventing life threatening situations. This course is designed for young adults who will be babysitting or providing child and infant care. The program will teach the importance of responsibility, recognizing an emergency, personal safety, emergency action steps, fire safety, water safety, infant care, and also CPR, basic first aid and choking management. The program will be taught by a certified Bellbrook Fire Department, American & Safety Health Institute (ASHI) instructor. Participants will receive certification cards for CPR; Basic First Aid & Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) upon successful completion of the program. Bring a sack lunch. Register by 2/12/12.

A.S.S.E.R.T for preschoolers is a great way for parents to give their children practical child safety skills without being scary or threatening. In the class, children discover they have personal safety power to recognize safe adults, use their assertive powers, and how to make smart decisions so they can have a great life. Your child will learn how to recognize tricks, use their voice, make muscle memory, face their fears, and much more. The class is physical and involves running, jumping, yelling, and everything kids love. Kids discover that being safe involves having an excellent plan.
