This class is for beginners as well as more experienced students who want to try a gentle, slower and relaxing practice. We will combine relaxation techniques, proper breathing, gentle stretches and meditation. People with injuries, health problems, or other issues that limit mobility or cause pain can also participate. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket.
Registration for the full series is required before the beginning each new session. Drop-ins may pay at each class.
Students should bring their own recommended facial covering to be worn when entering and exiting the building.
