This ancient, gentle martial art offers participants the health benefits of improving strength, flexibility, relaxation, balance and more. Each session will focus on the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi, which is easily adapted to meet varied physical limitations. Beginners welcome! Presented by trained instructor Shirley Forrest with Art of Wellbeing, LLC.
Registration is required the Monday before the beginning of each new session.
