This ancient, gentle martial art offers participants the health benefits of improving strength, flexibility, relaxation, balance and more. Each session will focus on the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi, which is easily adapted to meet varied physical limitations. Class will be held outside during nice weather and will move inside if needed. Beginners welcome! Presented by trained instructor Shirley Forrest with Art of Wellbeing, LLC.
Full session registration is required the Monday before the beginning of each new session.
