Christmas in the Park is a Bellbrook tradition that makes cookies seem a little sweeter and lights in the park a little more sparkly. We will kick off the festival with our park lighting ceremony to welcome Santa to the park with Bellbrook hospitality! Local music groups will fill the park with seasonal carols while Santa meets with his clients. Free activities for kids and families will include: crafts, gingerbread contest tent, and hot chocolate. We will accept winter clothing items that will be donated to the Bellbrook Family Resource Center benefitting local families in need this winter. There will also be a bake sale that directly benefits the BHS service group “Partnerships for Success”, who also volunteer to organize this event with the park district. No registration is required to attend. Spend the evening with family and friends getting into the spirit of the holidays.
10th annual Gingerbread House Contest will be featured during Christmas in the Park. Entries need to be dropped off at Bellbrock Park from 4-5pm. Judging will take place afterwards. All entries may not exceed a 2’x3’ base and must be made from 75% food products. The winners will be announced during the festival.
