Hatha Yoga is a system of relaxation, breathing, exercise and meditation designed to reduce stress and increase energy. This class is for beginning or continuing yoga students who also want to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket.
Registration is required before each 6 week session begins or you may drop-in per class. Space is limited to 10 students.
Hatha Sessions: Tuesdays | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Cost: Resident $50/session or $12 drop-in fee | Non-Resident $55/session or $15 drop-in fee
