A new twist on an old tradition and fun for the whole family! Come and walk the “Trail of Tricks and Treats”; local groups and businesses will have activity booths for you to discover on the winding trail through the Gooding Addition. The first 300 kids will receive a ticket to the pumpkin patch where they can search for the perfect pumpkin to decorate at our decorating station on the patio. Come inside to listen to spooky tales by the Winters Library. Enjoy complimentary games, crafts, witch’s brew and fall family fun!

Please park at Washington Mill Park (3311 Washington Mill Road) and take the FREE shuttle back and forth for the event. Parking is extremely limited at Park District Headquarters (2751 Washington Mill Road). Shuttles, provided by United Coachways, will run every 15 minutes between the event and parking at Washington Mill Park.
HALLOWEEN IN THE PARK ANNUAL COSTUME CONTEST
We want to see your most creative and festive costumes during this event! Our contest judges will be geared up and ready to award prizes for the best and/or most creative costumes!
Contest categories will be as follows:
- Group Costume
- 2 and under
- 12 and up

Line-up times for each age group will be as follows:
• 4:00 PM - Ages 2 and under
• 4:15 PM - Ages 3-5
• 4:30 PM - Ages 6-8
• 4:45 PM - Ages 9-11
• 5:00 PM - Ages 12 and up
• 5:15 PM - Group Costumes
Prizes and ribbons will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each age group!
