The Robert E. Gooding Addition (2751 Washington Mill Road) is owned and managed by the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Park District and adjoins the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Community Center.  Robert E. Gooding addition is 7.7 acres of flat meadow and wooded hillside bordered by the Little Miami River. Robert E. Gooding additon is used as a nature trail through 7 acres of prairie and wooded area bordered by the Little Miami River.  Access to the trails is adjacent to the community center and parking is available at the community center for hikers.
